Travis Naugle
Chairman & CEO
Travis Naugle brings Montana-grown mining expertise to Silver Bow Mining Corp.’s mission of revitalizing Butte’s historic silver-zinc veins. He started as an underground production engineer in Montana mines and has built a 20-year track record of developing precious and strategic metals projects across the American West and in other strategic geographies.
Naugle has structured and executed significant agreements with industry leaders including Rio Tinto Nuton, Kennecott Exploration, and Freeport-McMoRan. His strategic vision led to ventures at the Kupol silver-gold project in Russia, Alaska’s Kensington gold mine, and Nevada’s Yerington copper district. Notably, his work with China National Gold resulted in a bilateral mining treaty between Russia and China.
He has held leadership roles with Falcon Butte Minerals Corp., Lion Copper and Gold Corp., Falcon Copper Corp., and Redhill Global. A licensed professional engineer in Montana, Naugle holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from Montana Technological University.

Kevin Shiell
COO
Kevin Shiell is a mine operations leader with more than 30 years of experience managing mining operations, processing facilities, and multi-asset portfolios across North America. He has held senior operations roles, including president, vice president, general manager, and site leader, overseeing projects from early-stage development and mine restarts to large-scale producing operations with annual budgets exceeding $300 million.
Shiell brings expertise in operational improvement, infrastructure development, production growth, labor relations, and safety-driven performance, with experience managing workforces of up to 1,200 employees.
His Montana experience includes serving as vice president of mining for Stillwater Mining Company. He has also held leadership roles at I-80 Gold Corp., Americas Gold and Silver, Gold Road Mining Corp., Hecla Mining Company, and Stillwater Mining Company.

Wade Black
CFO
Wade Black, from Brooklyn, has more than 30 years of experience on Wall Street. He began his career at Brimberg & Co. in 1994 and co-founded Leeb Brokerage in 1998, where he served as chief financial officer. He founded Scarsdale Equities in 2005 and served as chief operating officer until 2020. He has served on the boards of mining companies, including US Silver Corp., and most recently was a principal at R.F. Lafferty & Co. Black holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics and philosophy from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Phil Nickerson
Vice President of Exploration
Phil Nickerson, PhD, is an economic geologist with experience in base and precious metals exploration in the United States. He has conducted academic research on copper deposits in the southwestern United States. He previously served as a senior geologist at EMX Royalty Corp. before joining Rio Tinto as a principal geologist focused on copper exploration in North America and providing technical geologic support for Rio Tinto’s Nuton venture. Immediately prior to joining Silver Bow Mining Corp., he served as exploration manager, USA, at Rio Tinto.
Dr. Nickerson holds a bachelor of science in geology and geophysics from the University of Wyoming and a master’s degree and doctorate in geoscience from the University of Arizona. He is a past president of the Wyoming Geological Association.

Doug Stiles
Vice President of Regulatory and External Affairs
Doug Stiles is a mining executive with 25 years of experience resolving complex regulatory, operational, and project challenges in the mining sector, particularly in environmental compliance, permitting, and mine operations across multiple U.S. states, including Nevada. He previously held roles at Hecla Mining Company as director of environmental operations and as general manager at Revett Silver Company, a Hecla subsidiary, where he managed regulatory issues, mine cleanup efforts, and operational strategies at sites including the Troy Mine. He has experience implementing permitting and compliance strategies while working with senior management in federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Stiles holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Montana Technological University and an MBA from Washington State University.

Peter Burroughs
Chief Accounting Officer
Peter Burroughs is an experienced finance professional with more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting across the mining, industrial, and construction materials sectors. He most recently served as vice president of finance at Martin Marietta Inc., a U.S.-based aggregates and heavy construction materials company. Earlier in his career, Burroughs spent 15 years with Caterpillar Inc., where he led finance organizations in the United States, Brazil, and Singapore, including Caterpillar Financial in Nashville, Tennessee, and divisional finance groups in North Carolina and Asia. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche, where he worked in the United States and Geneva, Switzerland.
Burroughs holds a master’s degree in accounting from Appalachian State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Miranda McCarthy
Investor Relations Manager
Miranda McCarthy is an investor relations and communications professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting publicly traded mining and resource companies listed on the TSX-V, TSX, and NYSE. Before joining Silver Bow Mining, she co-founded Cutler McCarthy Inc., where she advised mineral exploration and development companies on investor engagement and corporate communications.
Her expertise spans strategy development, media relations, digital communications, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management. McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a postgraduate designation in Accredited Public Relations (APR) from Humber College.
