Travis Naugle brings Montana-grown mining expertise to Silver Bow Mining Corp's mission of revitalizing Butte's historic silver-zinc veins. Starting as an underground production engineer in Montana's mines, he has built a two-decade track record of successfully developing precious and strategic metals projects across the American West and in other strategic geographies.

Mr. Naugle has structured and executed significant agreements with industry leaders including Rio Tinto Nuton, Kennecott Exploration and Freeport-McMoRan. His strategic vision led to successful ventures at the Kupol silver-gold project in Russia, Alaska's Kensington gold mine and Nevada's Yerington copper district. Notably, his work with China National Gold resulted in a groundbreaking bilateral mining treaty between Russia and China.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Montana, Mr. Naugle combines hometown mining roots with global business acumen, holding an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree in mining engineering from Montana Tech.

Dr. Quinton Hennigh is an internationally-renowned economic geologist with over 25 years of exploration experience and expertise with major gold mining companies such as Homestake Mining Company, Newcrest Mining Limited and Newmont Mining Corporation, where he last served as senior research geologist in 2007.

He has since made a number of significant gold discoveries for Canadian exploration companies such as the 5 million oz. Springpole alkaline gold deposit near Red Lake, Ontario, for Gold Canyon Resources. He is currently Chairman and President of Novo Resources Corporation, which he helped start in 2010 and an adviser to Eskay Mining Corp. and Lion One Metals Ltd. Dr. Hennigh holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri and M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in geology and geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a member (P.Geo.) of the Society of Economic Geologists, the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America. He is currently CEO of private miner, San Cristobal Mining Inc.

Steve has spent his entire career in financial services and brings extensive experience investing in a wide range of industries across the capital spectrum. He is currently President of Quail Bend Capital Partners, a boutique private equity firm he founded in 2010. Quail Bend has made several investments since its founding, including four current portfolio companies that operate in various sectors of the mining industry.

Prior to Quail Bend, Steve was Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at The Watley Group, where he focused on providing a variety of financial, operating and advisory services for companies in or near chapter 11.

Prior to that, he worked at Red Mountain Capital Partners, an activist hedge fund, where he was a Principal and responsible for sourcing and managing several investments.

Prior to Red Mountain, Steve worked at Oak Hill Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar private equity firm, where he focused on the business and financial services sectors. Steve started his career as an investment banker at JP Morgan where he worked on several large leveraged.

Steve graduated from Harvard with AB in Economics and currently sits on the boards of SaveDaily Holdings Corp, Electric Metals (TSXV: EML) and Silver Bow Mining.

Andy Holloway is a mining industry professional with over 35 years of diverse industry experience, more than 20 of which have been in shareholder/ownership positions. A metallurgical process engineer by training, his background includes the management of consulting businesses and plant operations, process consulting, plant design, capital & operating cost estimation, cashflow modelling, project management, procurement and commissioning – on an international scale and with a focus on base and precious metals. He has been involved in a number of private equity start-ups, including a tin/tungsten processing & trading company in Myanmar.

Andy currently serves on the Board of the Halyard/Micon Group (~70 employees) and works as a mining industry consultant from the Toronto office. He has held a variety of senior management and board positions, including AGP Mining Consultants Inc. Bluecoast Research Ltd. and Foran Mining Corp. He co- founded and ran a Toronto-based consulting firm of roughly 15 professional engineers from 2010 to 2020 and prior to that managed the North American office of Dowding Reynard and Associates (DRA) – an international engineering company specialising in mineral processing plant design and project management. He has significant work experience in Africa, Asia and the Americas.

He served on boards of mining companies including US Silver Corp. and was recently a Principal at R.F. Lafferty & Co. He holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy (Columbia, 1999) and an MBA (Columbia, 2005).

Dr. Phil Nickerson is an economic geologist with extensive experience in base and precious metals exploration in the United States. Raised in Wyoming, Phil went on to study economic geology and the University of Arizona and has published influential papers on the copper deposits of the Southwestern United States.

He served a Senior Geologist at EMX Royalty Corp before joining Rio Tinto as a Principal Geologist focused on copper exploration in North America and technical geologic support for Rio Tinto’s Nuton venture. Immediately prior to joining Silver Bow Mining, Phil held the position Exploration Manager – USA at Rio Tinto. Phil holds a B.S. degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Wyoming, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Geoscience from the University of Arizona, and is a Past-President of the Wyoming Geological Association.
